Janet Ewa Abutu is a development expert with superb qualifications in project management, monitoring, and evaluation, and knowledge management with over 8 years of experience leading projects, programmes and conducting monitoring and evaluation across the development and humanitarian sectors.

She is exceptionally adept at project designs and implementation, working with data management systems, coordinating, and implementing complex work plans, managing, and executing budgets, and providing high-level advisory and monitoring of projects and programmes. She has demonstrated expertise in project management and implementation, people development and capacity-building, workflow management, and process improvement.

Janet holds a Master degree in Development Studies from Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), and she is also a certified Project Manager from Project Management Institute (PMI). She has undertaken training on human rights-based development programming, project management, monitoring and evaluation, value for money, database management and policy influencing.
